10 Ways that Dungeon Maps can be Art
- Taking you to another reality
- Showing your own reality in another way
- Resonating in tune with cultural traditions
- Throwing cultural traditions into sharp contrast
- A craft that requires a certain effort and technique to master
- An opportunity for the artist to show off a technique that's theirs and theirs alone
- A symbolic language for allegory or metaphor
- A vehicle for expressing ideas
- An living, evolving tradition that changes, advances, and grows over time
- A very special kind of art: art you can play

I havent, but maybe that's a thought. I consider myself kind of a beginner at both, because I'm always learning new things. Situation creation in particular is a subject that never gets exhausted.
