Lego is Awesome. Lego People are Awesome
I use Lego spaceships as visual aids for my Stars Without Number game, and today I was looking for Vic Vipers to serve as fighters for the Triton Warlords. The Vic is an exceptionally popular and versatile fighter base used by many, many lego builders. If you're a Mechaton fan, think of it as the space fighter version of the base mech chassis.
While I was researching, I discovered that one of my favorite builders, whose work I have admired for a very long time, passed away over two years ago! This is a picture of the "missing man" Vic Viper formation that the community made for him at BrickCon (I think it was in 2010). So here's an overdue tribute to Nnen and to the Vic Viper.

It strikes me that I should have let the Seattle gaming community know that I would be attending BrickCon a couple weekends ago and would have a huge LEGO castle setup....
